• Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of the service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-Show: Failure to be present for the scheduled service may result in a service fee.

Service Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work with a comprehensive warranty:

• 30-Day Service Warranty: If the same issue recurs within 30 days of our service, we will return to fix it at no additional charge.
• Parts Warranty: Any replacement parts installed come with a manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 90 days to 1 year.
• Labor Warranty: Our labor is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, here's how it works:

2. Provide your service order number and reason for refund
3. We will review your request and determine eligibility
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
5. Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Services already completed at the time of cancellation
• Parts that have already been ordered or installed
• Emergency or same-day service bookings
• Services provided more than 30 days ago
